The obtained data testify to the expediency of using this technique for the preparation, control and evaluation of competitive activities of tennis players 10-12 years. Conclusions. The positive influence of the proposed methodology on the adaptive capacity of the body of athletes to loads is determined. The method of improvement of technical-tactical preparation with the use of technical devices is offered in the work. It allows for a short period of time to effectively improve the state separately as technical and tactical skills.
